Curtis Photography
The studio has a wide range of clients from senior portraits, family sittings, and press packages for business people and government officials, weddings, and anniversaries. The studio operates completely in digital, all photos are taken with digital camera and all files are stored on cds and are stored separately and individually labeled copy A and copy B. Daily workload includes ordering print proofs of the best images. Once proofs have been viewed by the client an order is placed for x pictures at x sizes. Sometimes the client requests retouching be done from simple things like blemishes to more complicated face/head swapping. Once the client is satisfied or no further changes needed the order is placed to the lab (off-site) for the actual prints requested. Print orders range from wallets to 24 x 30 canvases. All client orders are tracked at each step with who did it, the date, and order number when applicable. April 2006 - Present, Front Desk Manager
Country Inn & Suites
Responsible for training all front desk employees, covering company policy, software usage, and handling guest complaints/problems. Do research on billing errors and discrepancies, and investigate previous records for fraud. Perform all front desk duties, making reservations, check-ins and check-outs, answer the phone, and act as switchboard for guest rooms. Perform any tasks given by the General Manager/Owner which includes paperwork, heads-up for corporate for guest complaints (our side of the story), group reservation set-ups, follow-up on projects for the hotel, and minor maintenance work. Also serve as Manager on duty when the general manager is not on the property.

Tyco Healthcare inc. Created a window graphic to make the window semi-private 3.5ft x 9ft.
English Media Group- Assembled advertisement flyer for printing 11 x 17in half folded.

Mouthguards USA- Website update, new order form and mailing label, and logo. Website is currently offline.

Volunteer Work
Created large scale banners for the Houston County High School Marching Band. Hand Painted banners one 15ft x 20ft black and white in 2001, and nine total 8ft x 12ft color banners for Andrew Lloyd Weber themed show in 2002.
